A Workload Analysis is a method used to determine the time, effort, and resources required by an organization in identifying the actual needs of Human Resources in accordance with the strategic goals of the organization.
The Workload Analysis will include, but not limited too:
- Assess Each Team's Tasks and Capabilities.
- Measure the time it takes to complete each task.
- List Individual Workloads and the allocation of responsibilities.
- Calculate the Team's Overall and Individual Average Outputs.
- Evaluate the Team Structure.
- Gap Analysis.
- Issue tracker.
